Orizon Aerospace in Chanute invited us to provide the lunch for an SEK Family Tour they hosted for around 100 people. We made a variety of sandwiches, two green salads, fruit and sweet treat platters and added chips and dips to complete the meal. This was held in their plant, and the amazing thing about this operation is how clean the place was. It was so clean it looked like you could eat on the floor!
